Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Quality Regulatory & R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management systems, food safety protocols, and product testing across production facilities
• Manage regulatory strategy, compliance frameworks, and ingredient governance for all product categories
• Direct the innovation pipeline from concept through commercialization, ensuring technical feasibility and successful launches

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in quality, regulatory, or R&D roles within the food or beverage industry
• Expertise in food safety management systems and regulatory compliance for multi-site operations
• Proven experience in leading new product development from concept to launch
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in high-growth food and beverage companies with a focus on technical capability building
