Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Platform Quality & Stability to lead quality engineering and platform reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA and platform stability vision aligned with company goals
• Overhaul legacy QA approaches and establish automated testing frameworks
• Own production readiness and collaborate on refining the release process

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, QA, or platform operations, with 7+ years in executive leadership roles
• Proven success in modernizing and scaling QA/test engineering practices
• Deep expertise in automated testing and performance/load testing
• Track record of building measurable QA strategies and driving impactful KPIs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
