Vice President of Quality Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Quality and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year Testing Transformation roadmap aligned with organizational and regulatory priorities
• Establish enterprise testing standards and frameworks, and lead the adoption of AI-driven testing capabilities
• Oversee performance engineering and manage QA vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Quality Engineering, Testing, or Software Delivery; 7+ years in senior leadership
• Deep understanding of Medicaid/Medicare programs and CMS regulations
• Proven success in leading enterprise testing transformation and automation initiatives
• Experience managing large offshore/vendor QA teams and complex multi-system integration testing
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's preferred
