Vice President of Quality Management

Job Summary

Driving enterprise quality strategy, the fully remote Vice President of Quality Management will define and execute comprehensive quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the enterprise quality vision, strategy, and policies aligned with company goals
• Oversee regulatory compliance and lead internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies
• Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable global Quality Management System (QMS)

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality within industrial manufacturing, technology, or similarly regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree or relevant advanced certification preferred
• Deep knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise quality systems
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher required
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational change
