Vice President of RCM Operations

Job Summary

Leading the organization's revenue cycle operations, the full-time salaried Vice President of RCM Operations will drive financial performance and oversee technology-enabled transformation while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with offshore vendor leaders to ensure SLAs and business metrics are met
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance accountability through data-driven analysis and market intelligence
• Oversee program activities and implement business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives within RCM operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare
• 8+ years of experience working with multiple levels of leadership in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices and business processes for large providers
• Proven leadership and executive-level communication skills
