Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President for Regulatory Affairs, Accreditation, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accreditation lifecycle, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and coordinating readiness across departments
  • Oversee regulatory compliance with federal, state, and professional requirements, including monitoring changes and guiding institutional responses
  • Direct the preparation of reports for accrediting bodies and maintain a secure repository for all accreditation and regulatory documentation


Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accreditation and regulatory affairs within higher education, preferably in nursing or health sciences
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state regulations, professional licensing boards, and accreditation standards such as NWCCU, CCNE, and ACEN
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale accreditation and regulatory initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
