Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Resolution Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee service delivery across Customer Service and Resolution Center functions to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations, support onboarding, and drive revenue growth
  • Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred
  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed services or IT services
  • Proven executive-level experience within a Senior Managed Services Provider or similar recurring revenue model
  • Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks and modern service management practices
  • Strong experience in aligning cross-functional teams to enable growth and long-term customer success
