Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Resolution Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee service delivery across Customer Service and Resolution Center functions to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations, support onboarding, and drive revenue growth
- Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed services or IT services
- Proven executive-level experience within a Senior Managed Services Provider or similar recurring revenue model
- Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks and modern service management practices
- Strong experience in aligning cross-functional teams to enable growth and long-term customer success
