Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Recordkeeping & TPA Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute long-term strategy for recordkeeping and TPA services while overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Lead modernization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plan administration trends and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in retirement services and recordkeeping
  • Deep expertise in defined contribution plan administration and ERISA regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large operations and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with FIS Relius Administration and strong Excel/data management skills
