Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Recordkeeping & TPA Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term strategy for recordkeeping and TPA services while overseeing day-to-day operations
- Lead modernization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plan administration trends and regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of leadership experience in retirement services and recordkeeping
- Deep expertise in defined contribution plan administration and ERISA regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in leading large operations and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with FIS Relius Administration and strong Excel/data management skills
