Vice President of Retrospective Programs

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise retrospective risk adjustment operations team, the full-time remote Vice President of Retrospective Programs will manage chart retrieval, coding operations, and analytics strategy while ensuring operational excellence and compliance across Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution model for enterprise retrospective programs
• Oversee chart retrieval operations and vendor performance to meet program goals and regulatory timelines
• Develop a high-performing team focused on operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including risk adjustment and vendor management
• Experience leading enterprise programs across multiple markets and lines of business
• Strong knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies and healthcare operations
• Proven executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
