Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Revenue Cycle to oversee and enhance the efficiency of revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations, focusing on maximizing collections and reducing denials
• Ensure timely and accurate claims submission while supervising front-end and back-end operations
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, providing training and fostering communication within the revenue cycle team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management processes
• Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., CHFP, CRCR) is preferred
• Experience in a large, complex healthcare system or multi-facility organization
