Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full dental revenue cycle including eligibility, treatment planning, insurance verification, coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, A/R management, and collections
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase net collections, reduce denials, and improve cash flow
• Lead, mentor, and develop revenue cycle, billing, and centralized support teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management within the dental industry
• Multi-site dental or DSO experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of dental coding, payer guidelines, Medicaid, PPOs, and insurance reimbursement models
• Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven track record of improving collections and increasing operational efficiency
