Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Collaborate with management and external partners to optimize revenue cycle operations
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle efficiency and implement continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management in healthcare
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with experience in managed care negotiations
• Proven track record of managing receivables and improving revenue cycle processes
• Experience in the behavioral health sector, particularly in substance use and mental health treatment, is highly desirable
