Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Enablement and Leadership Development (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for Tier 3 Producer talent acquisition and development
- Design and implement a structured onboarding and learning program for Producers
- Lead the enterprise leadership development strategy across various organizational levels
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience as a Producer in an insurance brokerage or similar sales environment
- 10+ years in learning and development, sales enablement, or leadership development
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level enablement or leadership development functions
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and industry certifications preferred
- Deep understanding of insurance brokerage operations and Producer economics
