A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Enablement and Leadership Development (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for Tier 3 Producer talent acquisition and development
  • Design and implement a structured onboarding and learning program for Producers
  • Lead the enterprise leadership development strategy across various organizational levels
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Producer in an insurance brokerage or similar sales environment
  • 10+ years in learning and development, sales enablement, or leadership development
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-level enablement or leadership development functions
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and industry certifications preferred
  • Deep understanding of insurance brokerage operations and Producer economics
