Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a best-in-class revenue operations function to enhance sales process efficiency
• Identify standard sales administration processes and drive consistency and efficacy
• Partner with field sales leaders and internal stakeholders to enhance revenue generation capacity through process excellence and data insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or revenue operations experience in a SaaS organization
• Significant experience in leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Strong skills in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow high-performing teams
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and best practices for design and administration
