Vice President of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and own the enterprise revenue strategy across MRA, HEDIS, Billing, and Medical Records
• Own company-wide revenue KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Lead and develop teams across Coding, Billing, HEDIS, and Medical Records

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership in full-risk Medicare Advantage revenue operations
• Demonstrated success scaling revenue programs across multiple markets
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an MRA coder strongly preferred
• Preferred certifications include CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CRC (Certified Risk Coder)
• Preferred advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, etc.)
