Key Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the go-to-market (GTM) operating model, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the revenue lifecycle
- Own the revenue intelligence strategy, providing actionable insights for the executive team, sales, and marketing
- Lead sales and marketing operations, overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, and territory optimization
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years in Sales and/or Marketing Operations/Analytics, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in driving AI adoption and integration in a commercial or operations function
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and integrated GTM tech stacks
- Proven ability to translate data and AI insights into narratives for executive decision-making
- Experience in professional services, insurance, or complex B2B industries preferred
