Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operate core GTM processes, metrics, and rhythms to drive predictable bookings and retention
  • Lead revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis to enhance pipeline visibility and accuracy
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing RevOps team while fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive RevOps or Sales Ops experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and experience with adjacent GTM tools (Clari, Gainsight, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
  • Proven ability to improve revenue forecasting processes and deliver high-accuracy pipeline visibility
  • Familiarity with BI tooling and experience partnering with analytics engineering or BI teams
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted GTM tools and a genuine curiosity about AI's impact on RevOps
