Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to oversee and transform its operational processes across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations
  • Drive pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, and renewal operations while ensuring operational cadence
  • Evaluate and modernize the tech stack and processes while leading a team of experienced operators
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a SaaS or technology company
  • 5+ years in senior management roles, including experience managing other managers and directors
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, and marketing operations
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and experience with other marketing automation and sales engagement platforms
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in operational work, with concrete examples of building workflows or automations
