Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Revenue Operations by leading performance planning, tracking, and tool implementation
  • Scale field enablement frameworks and drive the adoption of tools and methodologies to enhance revenue results
Required Qualifications:
  • 12-15+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • Proven experience in building and leading enablement or RevOps teams
  • Strong skills in cross-functional communication and executive-level stakeholder management
  • Experience in designing onboarding, training, and large-scale enablement programs
  • Deep expertise in CRM and enablement platforms, with an analytical mindset to drive decisions
