Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in sales velocity, deal progression, and execution
• Own forecasting cadence and enhance commit accuracy and predictability
• Define pipeline quality standards and ensure adequate forward coverage

Required Qualifications

• VP/Senior Director experience in RevOps or Sales Ops
• Background in Consulting, SI, or Enterprise SaaS
• Experience in managing $200M+ revenue and multi-business unit environments
• Experience in growth or post-M&A environments
• Proven ability to forecast accuracy within 5-10%
