Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Enablement and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the enterprise Revenue Enablement strategy, ensuring alignment across various departments
- Optimize Revenue Operations by leading process improvements and managing performance metrics
- Scale field enablement frameworks and drive adoption of tools to enhance revenue results
Required Qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Proven experience in building and leading enablement or RevOps teams
- Strong skills in cross-functional communication and executive-level stakeholder management
- Experience in designing onboarding, training, and large-scale enablement programs
- Deep expertise in CRM and revenue technology platforms
