Job Summary

Leading the revenue operations strategy in a full-time remote position, the Vice President of Revenue Operations will manage go-to-market strategy formulation, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive annual planning processes while overseeing a team of operations managers and analysts.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead GTM strategy formulation, including segmentation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market sequencing
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution, ensuring unified plans with clear accountability and shared metrics
  • Define and own a unified revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related roles within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline coverage, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in building forecasting models and driving revenue predictability
  • Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tech stacks
