Job Summary
Leading a team of 3-5, the full-time remote Vice President of Revenue Operations will build and manage the infrastructure and analytics necessary to unify sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations, ensuring effective execution of the go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance CRM and pipeline infrastructure, improving forecasting and pipeline coverage standards
- Drive GTM planning, capacity modeling, and territory design to align resources with growth targets
- Establish an operating rhythm for performance reviews and provide visibility to the CRO on critical metrics and risks
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, planning, territories, and executive reporting
- Experience presenting to boards and driving operational cadence for a CRO
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, GRR, and NRR
- Expertise in CRM management and modern GTM technology stacks
