Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Vice President of Revenue Operations will manage the infrastructure and execution systems for the company's go-to-market strategy, overseeing Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Analytics, and Systems & Tools in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Direct field-facing business partner functions and own annual planning, including territory design and quota setting
- Oversee executive reporting and predictive modeling for pipeline, productivity, and retention metrics
- Lead the revenue technology roadmap, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption of tools and processes across all GTM functions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy roles
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing teams of managers
- Hands-on experience in both sales and marketing operations at a senior level
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern revenue tech stacks
- Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modeling and fluency in BI platforms
