Job Summary
Leading a small but agile team, the full-time salaried Vice President of Revenue Operations will manage systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of the Revenue Team, oversee foundational reporting capabilities, and collaborate with various departments in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Master and administer the Revenue Team tech-stack, providing ongoing support and training
- Serve as the primary resource for revenue reporting and analytics in partnership with executive leadership
- Develop, streamline, and optimize operational processes to support the overall business strategy
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing
- 5+ years of B2B marketing and sales experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proficiency in productivity software, including Office 365 and Google Suite
- Experience in building employee onboarding plans and sales enablement
- Deep understanding of B2B Salesforce structures and reporting capabilities
