Job Summary
Driving revenue growth strategies, the full-time salaried Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead cross-functional teams to enhance sales enablement, optimize pipeline performance, and implement data-driven insights, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate corporate growth targets into actionable go-to-market operating plans and optimize revenue performance metrics
- Build and manage a world-class enablement engine that enhances sales velocity and drives quota attainment
- Own forecasting and pipeline health metrics, establishing a data-first culture that informs decision-making across the organization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or go-to-market roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or BPaaS
- Proven track record of improving sales productivity and conversion rates through data-driven strategies
- Expertise in CRM and go-to-market platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong program management and change leadership skills, capable of executing large, cross-functional initiatives
- Effective communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment
