Job Summary

To drive predictable and efficient revenue growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Revenue Operations will manage the operating model, strategy, and performance framework for planning, forecasting, and revenue systems while collaborating with senior leaders across various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Set and align the operating model for Revenue Operations with company growth goals, focusing on planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Lead enterprise annual planning for the revenue organization, including capacity strategy, target setting, and pipeline creation expectations
  • Establish the company's revenue performance framework, including executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to guide strategic decisions
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related go-to-market roles, particularly in B2B SaaS
  • 6+ years of senior leadership experience, including managing leaders and building scaled operations teams
  • Proven executive-level ownership of annual planning, target setting, and performance management for a complex commercial organization
  • Deep expertise in revenue management disciplines such as forecasting, pipeline analytics, and capacity planning
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
