Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational execution of revenue recovery initiatives, the full-time remote Vice President of Revenue Recovery will oversee financial performance, develop growth strategies, and enhance client outcomes across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strategic priorities to align with revenue, margin, and company growth objectives
- Identify and implement improvements in revenue recovery capabilities and client outcomes
- Lead the development and execution of strategies for Zero Balance Recovery and operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle, recovery, or related fields
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multiple teams or business lines
- Demonstrated expertise in financial ownership, including budgeting and profitability management
- Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations and payer regulations
