Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts in risk assessment methodologies and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with tech and analytics teams to design risk algorithms and analyze patient data
• Track key performance indicators related to risk stratification and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in healthcare, including senior-level roles
• 5+ years of experience leading a comprehensive Risk Stratification program
• Deep knowledge of Risk Stratification in Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans
• Proven track record of collaboration with clinical and operational teams
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and familiarity with healthcare information systems
