Job Summary
Leading the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Grid Automation solutions business, the full-time Vice President of Sales will drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and cultivate executive relationships within the Public Power and Investor-Owned Utilities markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end opportunity pipeline and drive monthly pipeline reviews for AMI, Software, Sensor, and Meter solutions
- Assess and enhance the sales organization’s structure and processes to improve commercial effectiveness and scalability
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with revenue and profitability objectives, while leading new product introduction efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly with complex systems and solutions for utility executives
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into executable plans that drive revenue growth
- 5+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) with a data-driven approach to sales management
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale commercial negotiations and long-term contracts
