Job Summary
Leading the sales and revenue engine for an innovative platform, the full-time Vice President of Sales will close high-value deals, build partnerships, and develop a world-class sales team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Direct Revenue Engine for Launchpad, closing high-value platform deals with ISVs and enterprises
- Build the Partner Engine to enhance reach through Consulting, SIs, and the VC/Accelerator ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable, repeatable, and scalable growth
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience with hyperscaler partnerships, particularly AWS, and Consulting/SI co-sell models
- Proven track record of building and scaling direct sales motions for platform or PaaS products
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of unit economics and pipeline metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
