Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Americas East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Regional Sales Directors and ensure the achievement of revenue targets
- Create and enhance relationships with channel partners and key accounts
- Oversee the hiring, development, and professional growth of the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in security, SaaS, or software sales
- 10+ years of sales management experience leading Commercial/Enterprise Sales and Channel organizations
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com and data-driven sales processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
