Vice President of Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Employer Sales (South).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives to meet sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
• Monitor regional sales performance and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership and management experience
• Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
