Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Western US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including pipeline management and proposal development
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits
  • Strong broker and consultant relationships within the assigned region
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs and alternative funding models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing organization
  • Previous experience at a high growth company is a plus
