  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and collaborate on recruiting and onboarding new team members
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a senior sales executive with a strong sales record
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle for high-value accounts
  • Experience in both selling and managing or mentoring others
  • Strong background in client negotiations and complex deal structuring
  • Experience with team forecasting and pipeline management
