Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise revenue performance end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and forecasting
  • Lead and develop a multi-regional enterprise sales organization by managing Enterprise Sales Directors
  • Define and evolve enterprise go-to-market strategy and establish operating cadence for deal governance and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience
  • 12+ years of quota-carrying and leadership experience in B2B or industrial solutions
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-year enterprise deals
  • Expert-level understanding of enterprise sales strategy and CRM-driven sales management
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite customers
