Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue performance end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and forecasting
- Lead and develop a multi-regional enterprise sales organization by managing Enterprise Sales Directors
- Define and evolve enterprise go-to-market strategy and establish operating cadence for deal governance and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience
- 12+ years of quota-carrying and leadership experience in B2B or industrial solutions
- Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-year enterprise deals
- Expert-level understanding of enterprise sales strategy and CRM-driven sales management
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite customers
