Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales, Americas to lead and scale its revenue organization across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets, driving enterprise customer acquisition and strategic account expansion
- Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle, personally closing high-value deals while building a scalable sales motion
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, establishing clear KPIs and accountability structures
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience, including senior sales leadership in high-growth SaaS or infrastructure businesses
- Deep expertise in retail media, digital advertising technology, or API-driven platforms
- Proven success selling complex, technical solutions to enterprise retailers or commerce organizations
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale enterprise sales teams and establish forecasting rigor
- Operational fluency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
