Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales roadmap for the Americas, achieving revenue and profitability objectives
  • Lead and develop the Account Executive and Account Manager teams to build and expand client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the sales plan and drive additional growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in DevOps, agility, and/or security
  • 8+ years of experience managing sales teams and individual contributors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion
  • Strong financial and budgetary skills
