Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales roadmap for the Americas, achieving revenue and profitability objectives
- Lead and develop the Account Executive and Account Manager teams to build and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the sales plan and drive additional growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in DevOps, agility, and/or security
- 8+ years of experience managing sales teams and individual contributors
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion
- Strong financial and budgetary skills
