Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead their sales organization and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market sales strategy to drive new revenue and expand existing accounts
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Optimize the sales process and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive renewals and account growth
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive sales experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 4-5 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven experience selling software into the financial services sector, with a preference for FinTech or PropTech experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully scaling a sales organization
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise-level sales cycles and experience with multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions
- Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
