Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Small Business Sales to lead its SMB sales organization and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the SMB sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead and coach a team of SMB sales representatives, fostering a culture of performance and improvement
  • Participate in executive-level customer conversations and accurately forecast revenue performance
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of sales experience with significant sales leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in selling multi-million-dollar contracts and negotiating complex deals
  • Familiarity with HR, Benefits, Finance, and/or Healthcare leadership teams
  • Strong ability to forecast revenue and use data to drive sales execution
