Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Small Business Sales to lead its SMB sales organization and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the SMB sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
- Lead and coach a team of SMB sales representatives, fostering a culture of performance and improvement
- Participate in executive-level customer conversations and accurately forecast revenue performance
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of sales experience with significant sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Experience in selling multi-million-dollar contracts and negotiating complex deals
- Familiarity with HR, Benefits, Finance, and/or Healthcare leadership teams
- Strong ability to forecast revenue and use data to drive sales execution
