Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Account Executives, focusing on ramping newly promoted reps
- Own monthly quota attainment and optimize the sales process from discovery through close
- Forecast accurately and report directly to the CEO while operationalizing MEDDICC/MEDDPICC across the team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of front-line sales management experience, preferably in a fast-growing company
- Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales with a successful track record in quota carrying and management
- Trained in MEDDICC or MEDDPICC, with experience implementing it across a team
- Proven ability to design repeatable sales processes and onboarding programs
- Familiarity with high-velocity sales cycles and tools like Salesforce
