Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Account Executives, focusing on ramping newly promoted reps
  • Own monthly quota attainment and optimize the sales process from discovery through close
  • Forecast accurately and report directly to the CEO while operationalizing MEDDICC/MEDDPICC across the team
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of front-line sales management experience, preferably in a fast-growing company
  • Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales with a successful track record in quota carrying and management
  • Trained in MEDDICC or MEDDPICC, with experience implementing it across a team
  • Proven ability to design repeatable sales processes and onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with high-velocity sales cycles and tools like Salesforce
