Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Global Sales to lead and scale its worldwide sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across various regions
  • Own the global team ARR quota and ensure accountability among team members
  • Build and maintain a rigorous pipeline review process across all regions
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a global sales leadership role
  • Experience selling into energy, power markets, utilities, or renewables
  • Proven track record of building and leading geographically diverse teams
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM at a process level
  • Strong MEDDPICC discipline and comfort in high-accountability environments
