Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Global Sales to lead and scale its worldwide sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across various regions
- Own the global team ARR quota and ensure accountability among team members
- Build and maintain a rigorous pipeline review process across all regions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a global sales leadership role
- Experience selling into energy, power markets, utilities, or renewables
- Proven track record of building and leading geographically diverse teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM at a process level
- Strong MEDDPICC discipline and comfort in high-accountability environments
