Job Summary
Leading a team of senior sales professionals, the full-time Vice President of Sales will drive new business development by overseeing and mentoring their team to identify and pursue new client opportunities in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to effectively pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts for new client acquisition, managing performance and removing obstacles to success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for new clients and explore untapped markets
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong experience in technology consulting and services with a focus on acquiring new clients
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players and trends
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach to building client relationships
