Job Summary
To drive sustainable growth, the remote Vice President of Sales will develop and execute the company's sales strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end sales strategy, including territory design and go-to-market motions
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team through hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive revenue engine and optimal customer experience
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling a high-velocity or enterprise sales organization
- Deep experience with CRM systems and sales analytics/tools for pipeline and forecast management
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in cybersecurity or AI software, with familiarity in channel/partner ecosystems
