Job Summary
Leading a team of senior sales professionals, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will drive new business development by guiding and supporting the team in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities while fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to effectively pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, managing performance and ensuring successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for new clients and explore untapped markets
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong experience in technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos
- 5+ years of experience leading sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players and trends
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach focused on client relationships
