Job Summary
To build and scale a newly unified sales organization, the full-time Vice President of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead complex enterprise deals, and drive cross-functional alignment to enhance revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive predictable revenue growth across target markets
- Lead as a player-coach, supporting sales engineers on complex opportunities and managing large enterprise deals
- Build and scale the sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 7 years in senior sales leadership roles
- 2+ years of direct experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology
- Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline management using standardized qualification frameworks
- Experience building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up with repeatable frameworks
- Background in scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
