Job Summary
Leading a transformative account management organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will drive customer retention, renewal execution, and revenue growth while managing a team of account management professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture that exceeds retention and growth targets
- Lead and develop managers and account management professionals, fostering team effectiveness and customer experience
- Establish consistent operational rhythms to enhance forecast accuracy, accountability, and data transparency
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 7+ years in leadership roles managing renewals or account management
- Proven record of driving predictable renewal attainment and strategic expansion across large teams
- Experience transforming account management organizations for improved performance management
- Strong command of upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
