Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales, the full-time role will focus on building and scaling a high-performance sales organization within the Salesforce ecosystem, defining global sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the DevSecOps and data security market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across various market segments
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team, emphasizing coaching and continuous improvement
- Actively participate in pipeline generation and deal execution, particularly for strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of building scalable sales organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading teams selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, preferably in relevant ecosystems
- Experience consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets
- Strong command of modern sales methodologies and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus for exceptional candidates
