Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales, the full-time role will design and execute a global sales strategy, lead a high-performance sales organization, and drive growth in the Salesforce ecosystem while operating in a remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global sales strategy across various market segments to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team, focusing on coaching and continuous improvement
  • Actively participate in pipeline generation and late-stage deal execution, particularly for strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in building teams
  • Experience leading teams selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets
  • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies and strong command of CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for exceptional candidates
