Job Summary
Leading a team of senior sales professionals, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales will drive new business development by overseeing and mentoring the team to identify and pursue opportunities, ensuring high performance in prospecting and closing deals with new clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, managing performance and removing roadblocks for successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for new clients and explore untapped markets
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services
- Strong experience in technology consulting and services with a focus on acquiring new clients
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing sales professionals
- Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, and trends
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building client relationships
